Redux
Yes, it features Busta Rhymes. No gunna say it’s better than the OSW

Are these real? These can’t be real.

Both are real. The first was a super slick bit of guerrilla marketing. That couple are married and run a boutique marketing place. Obviously the second one is a paid bit, too but somewhat lacking in talent. I’d argue the 11 year old girl spits better rhymes than Busta. But I bit it’s hard to for someone as prolific as him to write to a particular topic.

Huh. Obviously they weren’t targeted at me, as I have no desire to buy a new minivan, nor do I have two children named Brayden and Cayden that would benefit from a minivan.
Despite that, the ads are still bad, and the people responsible for them should be sacked.

I thought Swagger Wagon was the most famous Toyota campaign of all time, at least among the Internet ones. About 5-6 years ago, everyone I knew was forwarding it. It got old quick, and it reeked of trying way too hard. I’m kind of a connoisseur of good parody rap, and this is not among the good stuff. That guy from the ad is hilarious, though — he did a bunch of ads for Sonic, plus he’s had some small parts in movies and TV. He’s got amazing comic timing.
